10/10! This place was great for our group of 10! Plenty of space for everyone to comfortably sleep . The property has all the amenities that you could need and is close to everything in Louisville! Host was very quickly responsive and extremely accommodating!

Jay’s place really does live up to the photos on the website. The views out the windows from the inside give the entire place a unique and amazing feel the the pictures online do not do justice. All the ammenities were easy to find and the rooms were set up perfectly. The formal dining room next to the kitchen was perfectly set up to host a private event that fit 10 adults comfortably. The location is super convenient and close to the freeway if you wish to head into downtown (Louisville) or head east towards the other distilleries. There were 7 adults total that stayed at this location and we were very comfortable the entire time and the beds were firm and comfortable. Not sure what brand the mattressess were but it seemed like a type of memory foam, and the unanimous opinion was the mattresses were a 10/10! This is very important for people with back and neck issues so having a great sleep situation made the trip even better. If I find myself in KY again I would stay here again!

Such a great house and Jay is a wonderful host! We would gladly book again next time we stay in Louisville. Decor inside and out is beautiful, tons of sunlight, and perfect for large groups. Even better than the pictures. Thank you, Jay!
