Three of us co-workers stayed at J’s place while working at trade show. The house is quiet and comfortable. We were able to cook some meals and also go out to some great restaurants close-by. The hot tub was nice after a long day on our feet. If we had a question J was super-responsive. We would definitely stay again if back in Louisville.

We had a fantastic stay! We have stayed in 4 other AirBnBs in Louisville in the last 1.5 years and this was by far our favorite. The 3 king sized beds we incredibly comfortable, as were the linens. The hot tub was wonderful for relaxing with our kids or by ourselves. The mini golf was wonderful for our kids and the fire pit for smores. The restaurants near the AirBnB were delicious. The interior is beautifully designed and decorated with plenty of seating and room to cook in the kitchen. We will be booking here again for any future stays in Louisville, KY.

This was a last-minute booking for our family yet. Jay had the property spotless and ready to check into within a few hours. He was quick to respond to every message while containing a laid-back manner that was easy to communicate with. Furthermore, you went above and beyond extending our stay twice when we ran into other traveling complications. Each group and outdoor space thoughtfully, organized, and decorated. Each contain a pristine appearance mixing notable items that can only be traced throughout Kentucky’s history. Especially the beautiful Kentucky derby oil paintings! The kitchen is carefully stocked with anything items you might need. The hot tub is a great treat after long day of exploring. Aside from the admirable furnishings, the location could not be any better in order to explore Bardstown and Cherokee park. I’m my opinion, one of the best neighborhoods Louisville contains. All within walking distance. The other properties J advertises nearby are also superb!

Overall, I was very pleased with my stay here. The location is great, close to Baxter/Bardstown bars and restaurants. There was plenty of on street parking. Space was as advertised. Outdoor space was nice (even if it was a little cool when I was visiting). And, very good water pressure in one of the showers. I would absolutely stay here again.

The place was great and as advertised and J is very responsive to inquiries. Convenient location for the things we had planned, just wish it wasn't a rainy weekend to enjoy the fire pit area more!

We thoroughly enjoyed our long weekend stay! Jill was an excellent host - friendly, responsive, and helpful. The house had all the charm of an older home that we love (hello exposed brick and gorgeous wood floors!) with all the comfort of updated living. The beds were incredibly comfortable. Both couples in our group ordered the exact same pillows before we even checked out. The location was perfect for exploring NuLu. We were able to walk a few short blocks from some amazing bars, restaurants, and shops. We can't wait to come back to Louisville and this will be the only place we want stay. Thanks for having us!

We had an excellent stay at this Airbnb in Louisville and couldn’t have asked for a better setup for our trip. The space was spotless, thoughtfully designed, and had a great flow that made it feel comfortable and inviting from the moment we arrived. The beds were extremely comfortable, and the overall vibe of the home made it easy to relax and recharge. The location was a major highlight—close to so many Louisville attractions and within easy walking distance to fantastic restaurants and spots around town. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed, and all of the appliances worked perfectly, making meals and group gatherings effortless. The home was large, open, and ideal for our group, giving everyone plenty of room without ever feeling cramped. Overall, this place exceeded our expectations and was the perfect home base for our trip. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Louisville.

Our family very much enjoyed J's home! Lots of bedrooms for everyone. The bathrooms were very nice and the kitchen was great! Our host was super responsive. We appreciated the recommendations for a private chef...he was amazing! I would highly recommend this home for family/friend gatherings!
